Matt Bierner 73e249b3c1 Migrate all samples to eslint 9 
Switches all samples to use eslint 9 with flat configs. I've tried to migrate existing settings as much as possible. However our eslint configs were also inconsistent so I've tried to align these too

Azure DevOps Auth Provider - Authentication Provider API Sample

Demonstrates VS Code's authentication provider API by registering and using an Azure DevOps Personal Access Token authentication provider.

Running the example

  • Open this example in VS Code 1.60+
  • npm install
  • cmd/ctrl+shift+b or npm run watch or npm run compile
  • F5 to start debugging

Run the Login with Azure DevOps command to log in.
