Switches all samples to use eslint 9 with flat configs. I've tried to migrate existing settings as much as possible. However our eslint configs were also inconsistent so I've tried to align these too

README.md

Hello World Minimal Sample

This is a minimal version of the Hello World Sample.

It does not use TypeScript and only includes the vscode devDependency needed for extension development.

Running the Sample

  • Run npm install in terminal to install dependencies
  • Run the Run Extension target in the Debug View.
